Movements?! Anxiety attacks... 😳

Im 25 weeks and 4 days and im getting very paranoid when the baby does not move... he was very active before last night and a few movements from this morning and now nothing... i had 2 mcs in the past and im just going crazy... my next dr apt is not until next Tuesday .... should i be worried?! Its sooo hard to concentrate at work....

I’ve been told multiple times by friends and mommies that you have to remember that baby is still sleeping around 12-14 hours a day. And not to worry because they don’t have a set schedule yet!!

I️ only really started feeling him super consistently this week (27 weeks) before it was like you’re describing— HOURS of anxiety-inducing bone-chilling stillness. Just wait a couple weeks I️ promise!!!

I've been told not to worry too much as long as you do feel them during the day. Because like us they sleep long hours and while one day they are super active the next day they may be tired from all the moving. Plus, to ease my mind I've found a pattern to my baby's active hours. Anywhere from 6pm - 6am she gets in most of her kicks. Unless my husband is talking to her, then she will kick for him.

I go crazy on the days when I don't feel baby move much. Some days it seems he is an acrobat in there, and then others I barely feel him at all. Baby is still pretty small at this point and sleeping a lot, so that is likely why you aren't feeling it much certain days. They can change positions in there and just be hitting spots that you don't feel like you do others. 
I would give it the day. Maybe try drinking really cold orange juice and laying down for a bit to see if you can feel. If you are still worried tomorrow, maybe just place a call to your doctor and see if this is something you should be going in for. Hopefully you feel baby moving more soon!

Drink some cold juice and lay down on your left side in a dark room, baby should start to move after a bit, if you still don't feel anything I would go in but you also have to remember baby is small still and can turn so if baby is facing inwards they'll be kicking your organs instead of your abdominal wall and you won't feel the movements as much.

They go through growth spurts in the womb just like infants and kids do. They will have times where they are sleeping more than usual and active more than usual.
