Sickness?!?

This is the first time I’ve ever had nausea feeling in my pregnancy how the hell do I get it to stop please I can’t get up I can’t sleep it’s literally making me sick this is my 5th pregnancy I have to alive and two passed so this is my rainbow baby prays for it to stick

I eat lemons. The bitterness counteracts my nausea but it may not work for everyone. Eating small snacks frequently may help!

I feel nauseous pretty much every day, I’m only 8weeks and this is my first pregnancy! A few things I’ve found that have helped me are eating before getting out of bed -I’ve been munching on a rich tea biscuit or a ginger biscuit before I get out of bed. 
I force myself to have something small for breakfast, then the nausea normally subsided for a while. I’m making sure I’m eating something every hour, even if it’s just a biscuit, just enough that my stomach isn’t empty at any point through the day. Also try taking any prenatal vitamins at night, I’ve found I can stomach taking them at this time of day more than morning. And I have just been eating what I fancy, even if it’s unhealthy I’m thinking sod it, atleast I’m eating! Hope this helps, and I hope your sickness stops soon! Xx

Try some unisom (non phenylephrine) 25 mg at bedtime and vitamin b6 (25 mg) at mealtime as needed. Has worked wonders for me, and I felt the same way. Still do at 16 weeks! Yuck! I pray this one's a sticky bean for you!
