all in my head or?

so last month i spotted for 10 days had light bleeding for one day then spotted the next then nothing. thrusday is when AF is supposed to come. my boobs ache a little like deep tissue and ive gotten nauseas 3 or 4 times am i crazy to think i may be pregnant? i already have 2 kids.
