Is this normal?

I’m 34 weeks pregnant and I have consistent cramping. It kinda feels like period cramps. I’m a first time mommy so every little thing worries me! Has anyone else experienced this??

I've been to the hospital twice in two weeks (32w4d now) with this problem. It's contractions. Drink lots of water and try a warm bath but if they keep up, you need to get checked out.
