Had a high bp last Wednesday, went in for a recheck and it was higher still. Being referred to a specialist because there was protein in my 24 hr urine and my bp is high. Started a med today and hope that helps.

I was written off of work until I see a specialist, who will take a week to call for an appointment... don’t know what to do there, can’t start short term disability until I have an appointment date.

How do some of you do this? I feel so useless now☹️
