Please comment

I was using the restroom (#1 and#2) im a little constipated but not too much as i wiped there was blood it has happened to me before when i was pregnant with my little one #2 but it was worse when i was pregnant with him than now and it didnt even hurt me but i bleeded CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY? I know its called hemorrhoids etc but it didnt hurt me like before. So why did i still bleed?

Also when i wiped in the front i saw ity bity blood on the toilet paper but none on underwear a little in toilet but that was from my hemorrhoids.
