So I was in labor and delivery last night dealing with contractions due to dehydration and I gotta say I’m thinking about doing this whole no medicine thing . I was convinced I would need an epidural but I was able to deal with the discomfort by breathing through it. They were actual contractions and not Braxton Hicks according to my midwife luckily we were able to stop them by putting me on an iv but it just made me think I might be able to do it . Just wanted to share my thoughts.
