So every night I've been hearing this little girl screaming "Mommy! No mommy! No!" And then I hear the mom scream "SHUT UP!"

I'm extremely concerned for that little girl who lives down the street. I don't know what's happening and what the mom's doing to make her kid scream but I'm concerned and I don't know what to do.

I don't want to call the police in case it's just a dramatic kid because I never hear a slap or a scream after that. But I'm seriously concerned...
