Should stay or should i go?

So my girlfriend broke up with me on my 16th birthday. She wants to be FWB and is willing to be in a full commitment if that's the only way to stay with me. Im interested in all 3 ideas, but I don't know  what I want or what to do. Please give me some insight.

If you’re happier in the relationship then do that. Anything else if nothing more than friends is confusing. If you chose anything in between it usually complicates things. Be aware of her feelings as well. If you’re both happy together you can make it work. If you’re not then you have a decision to make.
