I was told for my whole third trimester I was measuring 2 weeks ahead and wouldn’t make it out of October before going into labor. I’m due tomorrow and still pregnant. Apparently I had/have excess amniotic fluid (they are monitoring but not concerned) and that’s why I was ahead, he’s measuring 50-60th percentile (50 percentile is definition of average). Disappointing when I was expecting to have my baby by now.

A 2 week deviation is considered normal. So if you’re 30 weeks you’re considered normal to measure 28-32 weeks. My son was measuring 2 weeks earlier and was 11 days late. It’s more about the size I baby than development.
