Evening primrose oil TTC
I took EPO from day 1 of my cycle intending to take it until ovulation.. well it caused unexpected mid cycle bleeding and I ovulated 10 days late as well. I have had a lot of unnecessary stress this cycle 🙄
I know this won’t be the case for everyone.. just something to consider!
