this post might be a little tmi but is bloody stool a sign of pregnancy? the thing is i don’t know if i’m pregnant, i still shouldn’t get my period for another week so i can’t test right now.. i’m afraid if i were pregnant, this means something could be going wrong with my baby

No, bloody stool is not a sign of pregnancy. But even if it was, a week before your period is too early to get strong symptoms. 
Do you have hemorrhoids? That could be causing you to have blood in your stool. 
If the blood is ON your stool, then its probably nothing to worry about. If its IN your stool (as in mixed into the stool vs covering) then it could be something serious. 
Either way, might be a good idea to make an appointment with your doctor
