So, I haven't had a period in four months due to my doctor not informing me that I can only skip my period with Nuvaring for two months. I had some pretty bad spotting the past month, so I took my ring out for was in now four days into the week and I'm feeling really sore down there. I've never had this feeling before, but it legit feels like someone bruised my lady parts kind of on the outside.

I also have cramps ten times worse than I've ever had, but that's been going on for a few weeks now and I've suffered through it all with the occasional heating pad.

Anyone have any advice? I don't know if it's from where I've been using tampons after so long, but to me that wouldn't make sense since I've been sexually active pretty regularly.
