So my fiancé and I want to have our anniversary be the same as my grandparents. This falls on a Tuesday next year. What do y'all think about getting legally married that day with close family only and having a traditional wedding ceremony a month or two later?

For those that may have done something similar, do you tell people so they know when your actual anniversary is or just do it privately? And would you still call the ceremony later a wedding or is that not really accurate anymore?
