Hi guys

I have the nexplanon implant its been almost 2 years since i got it before getting it i would get my period maybe 2-3 times a year. in the last month and a half my body has been acting weird i have been breaking out, having breast pain, not liking any of the foods i usually eat and liking foods i didnt eat before, i have had 2 yeast infections in the past month when i have had them before they would go away after a few days but the last one was almost 2 weeks long and the itching was so bad i would wake up at night, night sweats even with the window open and the fan on (we live in wisconsin) and waking up with a racing heart beat. about 2 months ago i had a pretty bad ear infection i was on antibiotics and got a steriod/ antibiotic drip at the ER could that of made my birth control less effective? i have an appointment coming up soon and i dont want to waste money on a test if im just being paranoid
