how do you guys know when your period is due??? I don't get it. I was always told no one gets it on the same day.

After tracking everything on apps like Glow it gets to be easy. Apps usually predict it for you. I have very regular cycles (30 day cycles) and so far Glow has been very on the nose when it comes to days my period starts. 
Now, If you have irregular cycles then that may be trickier. But, as someone with regular cycles, it's easy to know when the red witch is expected :)

I have very irregular periods. I get BM changes a few days beforehand along with beginning to cry at little things that normally don't bother me. That being said, sometimes I am taken by surprise. Some people are super regular though and it's always the same amount of days between periods.

The apps can help you figure it out, but if your regular it's pretty easy to figure it out yourself... Just count how many days between the first day of your period and the day before your next period starts... I'm 31 days without fail..  Waiting anxiously for Thursday to come  as that's day 31.. 🤞
