Help please

I have a 2- month old daughter . am 17 , I turn 18 on December 28 . I graduate high school early on December 15. I start university in the fall and live on-campus.. I feel endangered at home , what can I do? I live in Middle Tn- do you know of any resources ? Group home or somewhere we can live until the Fall??? It isn’t okay at home for us. Father of baby completely out of picture . No family members to stay with .
