to coffee or not to coffee?

been doing alot of reading recently and hearing alot that coffee is bad for first trimester, anybody else hearing this?

I love my coffee. I drink one cup a day now and did so with my first too. As long as you keep it two cups or less you should be fine.

I haven’t heard that. I’ve heard 200 mg is safe which I’ve been doing about once a week. 🤷🏼‍♀️😭
