So I tested positive for a pregnancy test the other day and when I go to lay down I simply can’t get comfortable. When I lay on my back there’s a sharp pain but when I try to lay on my stomach it’s very uncomfortable and painful. This is my first child so I’m very curious and can use any and all advice. Thanks.
