Possible second miscarriage looking for advice/hope ?

I had a miscarriage in July and think I might be having another . I’ve had brown spotting , ultrasound has shown an irregular shaped gestational sac , clot that is actively bleeding . I’m measuring 5+6 based on my ovulation tracking with opk and temp I should be 7 weeks . Baby had a HR of 102. The OB GYN wasn’t very hopeful and basically said to prepare for a miscarriage. I have a follow up appointment in a weeks time . Has anyone had an irregular gestational sac ? What was the outcome?
