Counting kicks?

When should I️ start counting kicks? I’m 22 weeks now and i regularly feel them. 
Also, will babies have days that they are less active than others?

Yep I agree w these ladies. I’m a little over 23 weeks and I do (for the most part) get regular kicks. But sometimes I’m so busy during the day I just don’t feel it, or I’m used to it so I ignore it. But a few days ago I went all day w out feeling him and had a panic attack but then remembered I was just under 23 weeks and I needed to chill out LOL. We are all good!

You don’t start until 28 weeks. And yes, they do have lazy days. But at 22 weeks, baby is still small enough to hide well so you may not feel consistent movement.

Kick count usually starts at 28 weeks your Dr will give you a little card to fill out every day. I freaked out at I think 23 weeks calling my Dr because I didn’t feel him for a couple of days. She said anything under 28 is known to be sporadic so I wouldn’t count them yet that way you don’t panic ❤️

my OB told me so long as I feel him throughout the day and he's not changing his routine I don't have to worry about kick counts. this is mostly because my boy will easily get 10kicks in a matter of minutes.
