I'm having bleeding from my anus and pain while sitting. I'm really nauseous and feel terrible. I don't have any tests or assignments just lectures and I have friends who will send me their notes...

I would go to the doctor if you can but definitely stay home from class

It's probably just a hemorrhoid? Definitely see a doctor just in case. I don't think it will keep you from going to school for more than maybe 4 days if it is.
