Pregnant or AF?

so I woke up in the middle of the night with what feels like the start of period cramps. really low in my stomach. no blood yet. AF due 11/9. I'm 12 dpo.

my OD was 10/26. and for a couple days now, my nipples have been very sensitive to the touch. they hurt when grabbed lightly.

could this be the start of pregnancy symptoms? or just my AF coming to destroy my hopes and dreams
