Hey! Has anyone tried the 30 day challenge, if so, which challenge was it? And do u have a before n after picture? Ill be doing the squat challenge. Will be posting a before n after pic soon(:

Make sure you're not doing the push-up on, or if you are, do the push-ups standing up a foot away from a wall and lean on the wall to do them. I love push-ups and try to do 100 a day but they're really really bad during pregnancy, they screw with all your core muscles and can increase your muscle separation.
