Walking with dog & stroller

Can anyone provide any good tips for walking your dog while pushing a stroller? We have a 50 lb lab/hound and he is a bit of a puller, but not too bad, and is great on the leash after he tires a bit. I will not tie his leash to the stroller for fear of pulling it over. I've researched the waist leash you wear to keep you hands free, but am looking for others opinions/experiences.
