I'm 18 years old and not in any way ttc but it would be a terrible thing if I did. I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years and we are wanting children at some point, we had unprotected sex on every single say of my fertile window including ovulation day.

I am now 3 days late and my periods are usually like clockwork so it's quite strange. I've taken a variety of tests and all have been negative. However I do think I have a UTI as I've had one before and the symptoms are the exact same. I was just wondering do UTI's cause false negatives?
