Headaches

I have been getting random headaches each week. Maybe 1-2. Usually start in the mornings and last all day. I try not taking anything, but sometimes I give and take 1 Tylenol. I never really worried about them cause everyone usually gets headaches. But today I have had a more severe headache than normal from this morning and still continuing now. I turnes my head and got dizzy for a couple seconds. My vision isn't any different and I have drank plenty of water today. Not sure what's going on..
