Is it bad to have a 12 day luteal phase?..
My cycles are just starting to become super regular for the first time since I began my period at the age of 13, my luteal phases use to be a few days longer when I was having 32-35 day cycles some times longer. But now they are more so 28-30 days with my luteal phases being about 12 days long the last two months.. is this too short?
