Vitex success stories ??

Me and my husband have been trying to conceive for 4 years now. I have heard nothing but good things about vitex so i was wondering do anybody have any success stories while taking vitex ?????

I used it for 2 weeks to regulate my cycle but I got my bfp I also stop trying too am know 14weeks was trying for 5 years

I just found out I was pregnant after using vitex and premama drink mix. I have PCOS so the premama has myo inositol to help. Didn’t think I would be able to conceive and I’m now at 5w5d pregnant! Good luck!!

I started this cycle for irregular short cycles and short luteal phase. So far I am on day 13 of Vitex and am seeing CM for the 1st time in years. I am hoping that within the next month or so my cycles are at least 28 days..

Unless you have irregular periods, I wouldn’t recommend taking it. If your periods are regular it can really mess them up.

I just started taking it mid last month too! I have a really short LP, hoping it helps!

I'm taking it to help increase my progesterone since I have low progesterone which is causing me to miscarry.

Vitex successfully regulated my cycle, but my problem was that I did not ovulate. I needed Clomid to ovulate and get pregnant. Having my cycle regulated before starting Clomid was really helpful.

Ladies! Just got my BFP and been using Vitex for 3 months!

I had 2 months where I don’t think I ovulated. My cycles were getting longer and I had 2 weeks of light bleeding. I started vitex and that month I ovulated and finally had ewcm. This is month two and I’m hoping this is the month 🤞🏼
