Could I️ be pregnant?

My period ended 4 days ago and I️ just started randomly spotting (reddish brown color). I’m on the pill but I’ve been on it for months now and have never had that happen. Could I️ be pregnant?

Usually implantation bleeding is pink. Almost a rust color usually happens to me before my period so I️ wouldn’t worry. If you don’t get it in a week or so take a test. If you worry too much or you’re stressed it can delay your period, I️ wouldn’t fret too much
