All of my friends are dating and/or have dated someone. I have no idea how to start and I'm going to be freshman soon.. (I know that I shouldn't worry about this but meh).

I say wait tbh🤷🏽‍♀️. Boys are trash anyway( I have a boyfriend but he’s great trash). The problem with dating younger is you get your heart broken earlier so don’t subject yourself to that if you don’t have to. Just enjoy school, have a crush here and there, and don’t worry about dating or being the friend that doesn’t have a boyfriend. That means thats money you can save and buy yourself more food🙃😊.

I waited till I was in college and am so glad I didn't bother with relationship drama when I was younger. You're way better off waiting until you're out of high school dating at that age isn't really worth it IMO.
