Can anyone recommend a good quality foundation please? I live in the uk. Atm I use Rimmel foundations but find I don't get very good coverage. I have freckles that I like to hide. Iv got quite dry skin as I don't drink a lot (I know it's bad) so I can't use mousse foundations. I use rimmel primer underneath but my foundation still rubs off very quickly! I must admit I'm not very good at taking care of my skin although I have top quality cleansing and moisturising products I never use them!
