Advice please 🌈🍀✨

So 2 weeks ago (5w) i had some pains and went to he hospital. They did a scan, blood and urine. Blood and urine came back normal and on the scan we could see everything apart from baby, the dr didn’t seem concerned as i was early and told me to come back in 2 weeks, which is tomorrow.

Il be 7 weeks 5 days. I didn’t have any bleeding so I’m really hoping that everything is ok and we see a heartbeat. Has anyone has this and had a good outcome? Because the only ones Iv seen are bad and it’s making my anxiety go crazy today 😔.
