myomectomy fibroids

i had a myomectomy done yesterday n they removed 21 fibroids..n i was told that i only had 3 bur my mri did say ok t was tomany to count .. thank god . my stomach hurts as I expected but i already got up n walked to the bathroom... but i still dnt have an appetite yet

Update I was reAlly drugged up lol but my periods are better no more big long clots and no more painful cramps. But still no baby 😢😢 and my doc said I shouldn’t have any problems getting pregnant 🤷🏾‍♀️ but two years later still nothing
