No sex at all, during the first 3 months

Okay ladies, this is my 5th pregnancy, I have one 5 years old son, and I lost 3 pregnancies, I had preeclampsia during my son's pregnancy, so now I'm pregnant again and I been having cramps all the time...and the doctor told me to rest, but most important not to have sex during the first trimester... I wonder If that means also not masturbacion, or any kind of fun with my husband, I want your opinions... Thank you 😊
