3 hour Glucose test

So my whole pregnancy I have had super bad anxiety with going to the dr. For some reason when I freak out its super hard for them to draw blood , ( which terrifies me anyway ) but I have a lot of issues that are making it hard for me to cope about taking this 3 hour glucose test.

1. If I don't eat as soon as I wake up in the morning I have panic attacks

2. I don't drink any sugary substances , because It causes more anxiety so I only drink water /milk

3. After my one hour glucose test I had a terrible panic attack and got very sick that whole day.

I am more than willing to check my blood sugar daily and eat a good diet and be treated with gd than to do this 3 hour test and cause panic over it , is that an option??
