Implant issues

So I had the implant done a little over 2 months ago...

I’ve had my first period after the implant was inserted last month but ever since I got this I’ve just been like bleeding but not bleeding... idk if that makes sense lol I’m kind of scared but someone says it does this for like the first 6 months so idk if it’s true.

I’m a first timer with this and I’ve had unprotected sex twice since I’ve had this in.
