5 weeks and showing already?!?! 😲💜😲

well ladies this is my first pregnancy, I am a petite, fairly active, active duty Sailor. I am 5'2" and pre-pregnancy weighed about 120. Monday was my 5 week mark and I'm already wearing a maternity uniform because my size xsmall xshort uniform pants don't fit any more! posting my before and after... what do you guys think?

makes me laugh when people are like "it's not baby it's bloat" I'm sure the lady is awear it's not the baby popping out at 5 weeks 🙈 but no matter what your still "showing" in my eyes as it's pregnancy related xx

It’s first trimester bloat lol. You can’t show at 5 weeks, baby is far too small and your uterus is still tucked away inside the pelvis until 12 weeks.
I’m 5’3, was 95 pounds before pregnancy and still didn’t actually noticeably show until around 18 weeks.

At 5 weeks, baby is the size of a poppy seed I think? The bloat gets INTENSE, or at least it did for me. When I was about 8ish weeks, my stomach was so distended I couldn't button my pants 😭 It was so uncomfortable. I think the bloat went down and I got an actual little bump sometime between 12-15 weeks.

The bloat is so real! Right now your intestines are super swollen. It will go down and be replaced with a real baby bump down the road. It may also be bigger or smaller depending on the day, what you eat, how much you rest, and your water intake. It’s all par for the course mama. Good luck!

its just bloat.  the uterus wont grow to protrude past your pelvic bones until 10-12 weeks or so.    but..... its baby bloat....so enjoy it!!!
