Why is this happening?

12 weeks in 3 days 
I’ve already had my first scan 
I Just now started getting really nauseas. I was fine 7-10 weeks then at 11 weeks I started getting AWFUL insomnia, breast pain, dizziness, and smell sensitivity. WHAT IS GOING ON!?!?!? It’s supposed to be calming down by now, why is it getting worse
