Can I have a Vaginal Delivery with a Retroflexed Uterus?

I have a very Titled (Retroflexed) Uterus. Is there any complication giving Vaginal birth or must I have C section? Any Experience plz share:)

Tilted uterus are a normal variation. Also in pregnancy once the uterus raises passed the pubic bone it usually corrects itself. I am almost folded in half and have had successful vaginal births.

I am 17w+6 and have a tilted uterus. I asked my OB and was told that the tilted uterus will not affect my pregnancy nor delivery. I hope for a vaginal delivery.

Everyone’s different. I delivered vaginally with zero issues! My doctor said they typically shift to a normal position at some point during your pregnancy. So you should be all set.

Hi! Wondering how this went for you? I’m quite retroflexed (in half as well) and baby is implanted at the very bottom (furthest point from the cervix). I’m so worried that it will become incarcerated and not move upward
