Milk production but not pregnant??

Not sure if anyone else has had this happen to them. I was suppose to get AF at the end of September but was 10 days late and no positive tests, even had hcg drawn at the doctors. So I started reading on the internet about false pregnancy’s and that they can make your body even produce milk, being a mom I already knew how to milk my breast and surprisingly had milk. Ended up getting AF on the 3rd of October. Doctor checked prolactin and everything was normal but was also telling me since I didn’t technically have a period in September it was possible it was too early to tell if I was pregnant so she told me to wait till the 27th of November to take a test. Well on the 1st I got AF 🙁 but still have milk. I am suppose to be going in for an ultrasound next on my breast to have my ducts checked. Just curious if anyone has had this happen to them??? And if so did it cause any problems for breast feeding in the future? Still trying for that BFP!!
