I have one pair under the belly and a bunch over. I absolutely hate the underbelly ones. Every time I wear them I feel like I’m constantly pulling them up. The ones over my belly stay in place much better

I can't stand anything on my bump. I like under belly jeans and wear my leggings under belly too. but everyone is different

Macys maternity has an indigo blue brand and it has the full belly stretchy band and they were the most comfy jeans ever

The ones that go over the belly can be itchy.  My favorite were a pair from Gap maternity with a stretchy waistband that has a silky material and is made 4 inches tall.

Side panel fell down a lot, but I ended up preferring them. The full panel always left lines on my belly and got too uncomfortable for me to wear past 25 weeks.
