8 month checkup?

My pediatrician's office keeps leaving me messages about scheduling an appointment. Are any of you little one's having 8 month checkups? I thought the schedule was 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15 months?

We go every 4-6 weeks because our pediatrician likes to give only 2 vaccines at each visit so we go in between so we can stay on schedule

Ours was 1 week, 2 weeks, 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, and 12 months.  Not sure beyond that.

In Canada it’s 6 months then nothing till a year!

my son has an 8 month one, but that is only because he has a growth in his neck and she has been keeping up on the size, and how its effecting him.

maybe they are wanting you to schedule the 9 month appointment in advance?

ours went from 6 month to 9 months.

we dont have an 8th month appointment just a 9th month one

My daughter has an 8 month one, but only because of complications she has. she also has a 9 month one and a 10 month one. so that might just be specific to her case.

Yeah ours was bumped up to 9 months but we went a little late for the 6month check up so I'm not sure if that's why
