What do you WANT to do when someone asks "are you pregnant yet"

It seems like when ppl know your trying they ask you if your pregnant every time they see you, and I dunno about you but I try so hard to keep the disappointment out of my mind as much as possible, and this throws it directly in my face almost everyday..I mean don't you think if I was I would be so excited you'd know by now? So just wondering how you all feel if your answer differs from these comment below

I just let people know, "whenever God chooses to bless us with one" or I tell them about my miscarriage. The latter shuts them up really quickly 😉

People keep telling my husband and me that we aren't not getting any younger, and "we've had enough time to ourselves." We don't want kids at all, and we've known that for years. My response:

God this was so hard because my son is almost 4... And we had a miscarriage... Not a single soul knew but many were always asking when we were going to try again... It was so hard to say... "Soon"... So yeah I felt like choking them lol!

My mother would ask this all the time and it was so annoying. I hadn't told her about miscarrying or anything, so it was frustrating. I finally told her we weren't even trying, just to get her to shut up lol.  It worked and when we told her we were having a baby, she was shocked.  
It's seriously so frustrating though, I hate when people ask that.  It's so insensitive and rude.  Like if it were up to me I would've been pregnant a year ago, thanks.

At first it didn't bother me, but after a few months of ttc and a multitude of bfn tests and heartbreak every month it started to hurt. I actually snapped at my mother and yelled "I'm trying!" One day when she asked me when we were going to have kids.

Everyone kept asking me that since I got married (3 years ago lol). This makes it kinda hard to hide it now that we are finally expecting. You can always try giving them the death glare, it's always fun to see their reaction to that)

Mmy husband keeps getting asked "isn't it kind of soon?". No one says it to me. 
We got married 9/20/14 and this baby is due 9/4/15. Honestly we would have had kids earlier if I knew my parents wouldn't have flipped their shit.

I've been married for almost 3 years and not pregnant because we want to wait and people assume we're having trouble concieving which is annoying! We would like to enjoy our time together before we hopefully have a baby! We're thinking about it but i didn't realize people would be so shocked we didn't pop a baby out asap

People have stopped asking thankfully, except the batty old lady my mil takes care of (as a home aid). I think they've caught on that, by now, it's probably not in the cards.
