It wasn’t the mess its actually her!

So a few days ago I reached out for advice on how to tell my roommate to clean her side of the room as it had begun to smell really bad in the room. Well I took the advice I got and told her but now I realize it wasn’t the mess that was causing the smell, it’s actually her. I realized this because the other day I was just relaxing in bed and the room smelt great but then she came home and as soon as she came through the door I could smell it again. And then today I spent the day in the room studying and left a while but came back just now and her and her boyfriend are there and the entire room smells of BO. What do I do now? I don’t want to be rude but the smell is awful. Advice?
