Break up

My and my boyfriend of over 2 years broke up this weekend because he says he needed a break. I found out later that he has been talking to a girl. He is going on a trip to Kansas this weekend with his family and she is going with her family but he says something may happen between them two. We have talked and hung out every day but he just tells me he needs to see how this weekend goes?! Help?!
