Anyone else live in Texas?

I am moving there next month and kind of want to get a feel for how the disability laws work out there? I have been working in California but I won't be looking for work once I move out there a since it will be so close to my due date. Will I still be able to file disability?

Unless you can get your doc to put you on bed rest when you move so you can file right then.

No.  There is no state disability.  I recommend staying in Cali until you use your state disability up.
