Yes, that's the yolk sac! In mine, you can see a little more clearly, but they look pretty similar. Baby on the bottom, and the little bubble up and to the right is her yolk sac.

If you’re trying to figure out gender, although it’s really not accurate, the theory is which side the yolk sac is on in relation to your baby. So the yolk sac is to the left of your baby, indicating girl :)
