so, I like this guy, but he's really shy and it's really hard to tell of he likes me or not and long story short, I feel like I'm always the one who has to make the first move (as of recently) and I know that if -I- ever want anything to actually happen, I need to step up and ask him out or whatever. so yeah..

Wow.. I'm totally in the same boat as you, I've definitely put myself out there more than I ever would for anyone else. But I won't ask him out because that's were I draw the line. however, lots of women ask men out.. And If you don't have a problem with it then go for it!
