Pregnancy symptoms

Hello, I’m due for a appointment to get the abortion ball rolling next Wednesday and I’ll be 7 weeks then. Not going into why really but basically I have a son with special needs who is 14 months old and I can’t cope with just him let alone another after failed contraceptive pill. Husband is supportive and agrees.

Anyway when will the pregnancy symptoms go away? I cannot cope with the morning sickness. I put up with it with my son but now I’m not keeping it and miserable anyway please tell me it goes away soon after?
